We have a 1-1 validation call with every single qual participant we recruit – yes, every single one. In this critical step, we build relationships to avoid no shows, check the person is who they say they are, as well as walking them through any tools they’ll need to use during the research - ensuring they’re comfortable to avoid in-session disruption. We also re-confirm their willingness to share during the session and check they have everything they need to turn up on time.
